Simple and clean, the Honda 2019 CB300R will be available in the US later this year.
The Honda 2019 CB300R made its international debut at the 2017 EICMA show. However, do not call it a scaled down CB1000R. Honda has announced that the new CB300R will be made available to the US market this Summer. The CB300R sheds the unnecessary and gets down to the essentials, capturing the essence of the current trend of Cafe Racer inspired machines.
With a seat height of 31.5 inches, the CB300R only weighs 313 pounds wet. Add another 5 pounds if you opt for the ABS option. This is in part, due to the new tubular and pressed steel frame and the cafe styled lightweight aluminum wheels. There are a newly designed exhaust, new intake, and a full function LCD display as well as LED lighting features. The brake setup is composed of radial mounted Nissin 4 piston front brake calipers with 296mm floating brake disc.
The 2019 CB300R will be released 2 colorways: Chromosphere Red and Matte Gray Metallic. Look for the CB300R to begin hitting showroom floors in July of 2018 with a price tag of $4,649 and $4,949 (ABS).
