The VooDoo Sidewinder Shorty is the compact, street-and-strip answer in Voodoo’s track-proven Sidewinder exhaust lineup. It keeps the aggressive Sidewinder attitude in a shorter, lighter package, with a ground-facing slash-cut that sharpens the sound and trims roughly two pounds against the Competition Sidewinder. For Hayabusa, ZX-14 and GSX-R riders chasing a cleaner look and a meaner note, it hits a rare sweet spot of price, weight and presence.

Voodoo built the VooDoo Sidewinder Shorty to be as flexible as it is loud. It can be ordered as a full Sidewinder system or as a slip-on pipe that retro-fits to any exhaust already in the Voodoo Sidewinder family, so riders can upgrade in stages rather than all at once. The pipe comes in a Polished or Black Cerakote finish rated to 1,800 degrees, and the VooDoo logo badges ship in a range of colors for a little extra personalization on the can.
Inside the VooDoo Sidewinder Shorty Build

Construction is all stainless, with a laser-etched VooDoo logo and fitments that span the brand’s most popular platforms. Shorty applications cover the late-model Suzuki GSX-R1000, the Hayabusa and the Kawasaki ZX-14, alongside muffler-only options for bikes like the GSX-R600 and ZX-636. Depending on the model and exit, a flash or Power Commander may be needed to keep fueling clean, and Voodoo offers a Phantom Core insert for riders who want to dial the volume back from full-send.
That spread of fitments puts the Shorty squarely in the same world as the rest of Voodoo’s catalog, from the headers and slip-ons that define the brand to the custom builds it is known for. The same exhaust craft turns up on machines like the Nostalgico Hayabusa, and the Shorty is the most accessible way into that sound for a daily rider.
Prices begin at $182.95 for the universal retro-fit slip-on pipe and climb to $1,139.95 for the full system covering the late-model Suzuki GSX-R1000, Suzuki Hayabusa and Kawasaki ZX-14. The complete range, fitment charts and finish options live on the Voodoo Sidewinder Shorty product pages.
