The Kawasaki ZX10R has done extremely well in the 2012 WSBK season, proving that the bike can be competitive on the grid. The model has done exceptionally well on the streets and local track events and managed not to be completely overshadowed by its older brother, the ZX14R.
Enter the 2013 Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R. In addition to a new color option (Pearl Flat White/Metallic Spark Black), the 2013 features are highlighted by the addition of a new electronic steering damper. This Ohlins’ based steering damper is controlled by an ECU, housed underneath the fuel tank cover and reacts to acceleration or deceleration and rear wheel speed.
