To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the iconic 916, the Panigale V4 25° Anniversario 916 will be produced in a limited run of 500 motorcycles.
The Ducati 916 made its debut 25 years ago and changed the landscape of the world of superbikes and motorcycles, in general. Piloted by Carl “Foggy” Fogarty in the WorldSBK series during the 1990s, Foggy earned three Championship titles (1994, 1995 and 1998). His fourth title was won in 1999 onboard a Ducati 996.
Celebrating both the bike and the man, Ducati is releasing a limited anniversary edition of the Panigale V4 in Fogarty fashion. Each bike will be individually numbered and will sport special racing components, and original Fogarty inspired livery. The Panigale V4 25° Anniversario 916 will be officially presented to the public on Friday, July 12th over WorldSBK U.S. round in California. Foggy will be in attendance, alongside Aruba.it Racing – Ducati team riders Alvaro Bautista and Chaz Davies. Additionally, Bautista and Davies will compete on Panigale V4 25° Anniversario 916 inspired livery bikes.
