Triumph Motorcycles has unveiled a proper tribute bike for 2025: the Evel Knievel Triumph Rocket 3. This limited edition, featuring only 500 individually numbered models, celebrates Evel Knievel and his legacy.

The Triumph Rocket 3 R and Rocket 3 GT pay homage to the legendary Evel Knievel with a chrome fuel tank and stars-and-stripes graphics reminiscent of Knievel’s iconic jumpsuit. The leather seat features a gold-embroidered Evel Knievel signature, complemented by custom startup animations and numbered cam cover plates. Not a bad way to start on a tribute bike. But there’s more.

The Rocket 3 R and GT models are powered by a 2,458 cc liquid-cooled inline three-cylinder engine that delivers 180 horses at 7,000 rpm and a smashing 166-foot pounds of torque at 4,000 rpm. That beast of an engine is encased inside the full aluminum frame highlighted by a cast aluminum single-sided swingarm.

The Rocket 3 R and Rocket GT bikes enlist 47mm upside-down adjustable Showa front forks and a fully adjustable Showa piggyback shock at the rear. Brembo components manage braking duties via 320mm rotors gripped by M.430 Stylema four-piston radial mono-bloc calipers in the front. A 300mm rotor with an M.432 four-piston caliper handles the back-end business.

The Rocket 3 R caters to sporty riders with mid-foot controls and a 30.4-inch seat height, while the Rocket 3 GT provides a more relaxed, feet-forward position, a plush pillion backrest, and a lower 29.5-inch seat height for long-haul comfort.

Rider aids for both models feature cornering ABS and traction control for improved stability, along with Hill Hold to prevent rolling backward. They include four riding modes—road, rain, sport, and rider-configurable. Standard electronic cruise control can be easily set and adjusted. The full-color TFT display offers customizable layouts and an adjustable angle for visibility, with the option to personalize the startup screen so the bike greets you with your name upon startup.

The chrome tank showcases a classic red, white, and blue design featuring stars and stripes extending to the front mudguard adorned with a new EK graphic. Elegant gold graphics embellish the radiator cowls. The color scheme incorporates Pure White accents and Matte Sapphire Black panels on various parts, and the leather seat is detailed with a gold-embroidered Evel Knievel signature.
