The REV’IT TAILORTECH Tour: The Art of Custom Fit

For those seeking the ultimate in custom race suit tailoring, the REV’IT TAILORTECH Tour offers a one-on-one private fitting session with expert REV’IT TAILORTECH specialists. Each session provides a race-ready fit through a combination of 23 precision body measurements taken by hand and an advanced full-body 3D scan that captures over 250 data points. These measurements are used to craft a custom 3D avatar, resulting in an accurately tailored suit. Availability is limited. Riders who wish to take advantage of this elite experience must apply for a session via the REV’IT TAILORTECH Tour registration page.

VIP MotoGP Experience at COTA

For five selected riders, the REV’IT TAILORTECH Tour delivers a VIP experience at MotoGP COTA that includes a private custom fitting session and full paddock access at Circuit of the Americas. The chosen will receive a welcome package and a VIP lunch immersed in the world of MotoGP. This opportunity is available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, with only five spots up for grabs. Register through the VIP Experience registration portal before spaces are filled.

Create the Ultimate Race Suit

If you’re the artistic, creative type, the REV’IT TAILORTECH Tour Design Contest presents a chance to design a one-of-a-kind racing suit—and have it professionally crafted by REV’IT TAILORTECH. The contest invites entrants to submit their custom race suit designs by March 25, 2025. Entries will be reviewed by a panel of REV’IT MotoGP riders, with the winning design announced live at MotoGP COTA on March 29, 2025.

Prizes Include: 1st Place: A fully custom REV’IT TAILORTECH X_201 race suit featuring the winning design ($2,399 value), 2nd & 3rd Place: A $500 REV’IT gear package of choice.
