Just under 4,000 motorcycles recalled because of faulty brake pads

Ducati and Triumph have issued recalls for a selection of motorcycles manufactured between 2017 and 2020.

Brembo S.p.A brake pads are the root of a problem for a recall issued by Ducati and Triumph. The brake pads in question have been identified with part number 07.9882.36. These pads are subject to corrosion on the backing plates, resulting in potential splitting or division of the friction material.

Both motorcycle manufacturers have alerted owners and instructed their dealer network to make the repair by replacing the faulty brake pads.
