Vesrah Racing is making a highly anticipated return to the racing world, marking its presence at the 82nd running of the Daytona 200, where they will see the iconic #95 Suzuki GSX-R 750, piloted by 2023 Stock 1000 and King of the Baggers Champion, Hayden Gillim.

Akihito Tamura, CEO of Vesrah Co., expressed his enthusiasm for the team’s return to the competitive arena, highlighting the Daytona 200 as the perfect platform to showcase the Vesrah Racing Pad XX performance. The 2024 race livery combines Vesrah’s traditional yellow and black with a distinctive Japanese market pink, symbolizing a fusion of the team’s rich history and its forward-looking aspirations.
Team Principal Mark Junge reminisced about Vesrah’s podium finish at the Daytona 200 in 2011, with Cory West securing 2nd place. With a history of success at Daytona, Junge is optimistic about the team’s prospects in the 2024 edition of the race. The combination of Vesrah’s racing heritage and Gillim’s proven talent sets the stage for a potentially groundbreaking performance.
Hayden Gillim shared his eagerness for another shot at glory in the Daytona 200, seeking redemption after finishing 4th in the previous year. With a more competitive field than ever, Gillim is ready to tackle the challenges of the Daytona International Speedway, backed by a strong team and dedicated supporters. “I’m really excited for another chance at the 200. It’s redemption time after ending 4th last year. This year I’m feeling really good, especially flying the iconic Vesrah Racing colors!” Gillim concluded, “It’s an even more stacked field this year, and I’m ready to get going at Daytona!
