The PETRONAS Yamaha Sepang Racing MotoGP Team teamed up with Yamaha Motor Europe and the Yamaha Austria Racing Team to produce an official, limited edition replica of the YZR-M1 piloted by team riders, Franco Morbidelli and Fabio Quartararo.
The replica includes upgrades and components to make it as close to the PETRONAS’ team MotoGP bike as possible, down to the livery which is completed by the same paint shop responsible for the GP bike. The replica is highlighted by a selection of factors such as the carbon fairing kit, MotoGP winglets, a high-performance Öhlins race suspension set up (FGRT 2 road & track front forks, and a TTX rear shock), a race-spec steering damper and a factory kit exhaust system.

Among the bells and whistles of the replica, a few more gems are spotlighted: a rear tire quick-change system, racing rearsets, race ECU, and a quick action throttle. The brake set up is composed of Brembo GP4-RX calipers and T-Drive discs while the bike is rolling on seven-spoke aluminum Marchesini wheels, fitted with Michelin race slicks.

And, as if the deal needed to be sweetened even further, each customer will receive an impressive care package: a KYT Helmet, a PETRONAS Yamaha SRT polo shirt, and the opportunity to attend an upcoming round of MotoGP as a VIP. You can register online HERE:
Each replica bike, limited to a production run of 46 to commemorate the 46th anniversary of PETRONAS, will be built with its unique identification number, engraved on the CNC machined top yoke.
