Suzuki announces its sportbike 2023 lineup consisting of the GSX-R 1000R, GSX-R 1000, GSX-R 7500, and the GSX-R 600.
The GSX-R 1000R is the top motorcycle in the 2023 GSX-R product line of Suzuki’s sports performance-driven motorcycles. Cutting edge traction control, launch control, and a bidirectional quick shifter help deliver a remarkable riding experience, while the Showa BFF and BFRC-Lite suspension components on the GSX-R 1000R provide a suspension feel that helps riders dominate any track day, back roads, or canyon run. On the front end, stainless-steel brake lines and Brembo Monobloc disk brake calipers hold two 320mm Brembo T-drive floating brake rotors for extremely powerful stopping power with excellent braking response and lever feedback.
The Suzuki Variable Valve Timing (VVT) engine of the 2023 GSX-R 1000R has a compelling powerband, and advanced electronics like Launch Control and the Bi-Directional Quick Shift System improve riding performance. A twin-spar aluminum frame with an adjustable swingarm pivot carries a Showa Balance Free Front Fork (BFF) and rear shock for confident high-performance handling.
Three color schemes will be available for the Suzuki GSX-R 1000R in 2023: a Metallic Triton Blue and Metallic Mystic Silver (MSRP $18,299), a Metallic Matte Black and Glass Sparkle Black, or Pearl Brilliant White with Metallic Matte Stellar Blue (MSRP $18,199).
