One and done for Haslam and the WorldSBK KRT team.
Kawasaki has decided not to retain the services of Leon Haslam following the close of the 2019 season. At the time of this news, Haslam has earned six third-place podiums, along with twenty-one top ten results. He currently sits in sixth place in the 2019 championship, that his teammate Jonathan Rea just won, making history as the first five-time, back to back, WorldSBK Champion.
No further details as to whom Kawasaki is eyeballing for the vacant second seat for the 2020 season.
