Indian Motorcycle is heating things up with its First 6 Sport Chief RT build competition, unveiling six unique interpretations of the new 2025 Indian Sport Chief RT at the Moto Bike Expo in Verona, Italy. These builds, crafted by Indian Motorcycle dealers across Europe, are competing in a public vote to determine the ultimate custom Sport Chief RT. With each dealer given only six weeks to transform the base bike into a fully realized Club Style build, the contest showcases the artistry, vision, and technical ingenuity behind Indian’s growing customization culture.

The public has the power to vote for their favorite custom build. The winner will be announced at the Salon Du 2 Roues show in Lyon, France, from February 13-16. Fans can cast their votes at this link.

One of the most visually striking builds in the contest is American Graffiti, created by Indian Motorcycle Praha in the Czech Republic. This build celebrates US race culture, inspired by adrenaline-fueled American motorsports. The team painted the entire bike and frame with a bold aesthetic, paying homage to the raw power and rebellious spirit of performance racing.

From Portugal’s MotoStrada Porto, Bastard is a race-inspired build that channels the DNA of King of the Baggers and Superhooligan competition. The team focused on integrating as many genuine Indian accessories as possible while maintaining a youthful, aggressive street-racer persona. The result is a fast, edgy machine that perfectly balances race-ready performance with urban flair.

The Styrian Motor Cycle team from Austria presents Hoka Key, a build that reflects Indian Motorcycle’s history while maintaining a clean, Club Style design. Markus Krasser and his team have long been at the forefront of European Indian Motorcycle customization, and Hoka Key highlights their dedication to the mechanical beauty of the V-Twin engine and Indian’s evolution over the years.

The UK-based Krazy Horse, legendary in the custom motorcycle scene, delivers No Comply Society, a build that merges elements from bike, car, and art culture. Known for pushing boundaries, Krazy Horse created a Club Style bike with a unique artistic edge, blending tradition with innovation.

From Switzerland, Biker Syndicate presents The Qwetcher, a build deeply rooted in local pride. Named after the Vaudois dialect word meaning “to mumble,” the Qwetcher represents the soulful whispers of the road and the intimate connection between rider and machine. Its subtle yet expressive styling reflects the free spirit of motorcycling.

Finally, Indian Motorcycle Metz in France introduces Top Fuel, a custom build inspired by NHRA, NASCAR, and the King of the Baggers championship. With Indian winning the 2024 King of the Baggers title, the Metz team fused Club Style elements with a race bagger aesthetic, crafting a bike that embodies high-performance dominance.

The First 6 Sport Chief RT is about showcasing technical skill and celebrating the boundless creativity within the Indian Motorcycle community.

For Ola Stenegärd, Director of Design at Indian Motorcycle, the First 6 Sport Chief RT project embodies the brand’s deep commitment to customization. Stenegärd emphasized that Indian designs motorcycles with customizers in mind, providing that they are built to be as adaptable and easy to work on as possible. The First 6 Sport Chief RT builds are a testament to this philosophy, each one a bold, inspired take on the performance cruiser platform.

With six unique builds vying for the top spot, this contest proves that the 2025 Indian Sport Chief RT is the leading canvas for customization. Voting is open now, and the final winner will be revealed at the Salon Du 2 Roues in Lyon, France.
