2021 was a record sales year for Ducati with the Bologna brand selling over 59,000 motorcycles worldwide.
Ducati achieved a new benchmark for motorcycles sales with a record year in 2021. Last year ended with Ducati selling 59,447 motorcycles globally. This marks an increase in sales of 24% compared to 2020 and 12% over 2019.
The United States was Ducati’s highest selling market, followed by Italy. The U.S. had an increase of 32% in sales over 2020 with 9,007 motorcycles. Italy moved 8,707 units for an increase of 23% in sales over 2020.
The big seller was the new Multistrada V4 with 9,957 bikes sold worldwide. The Ducati Scrambler 800 followed with 9,059 units and the Ducati Monster topped out at 8,734 bikes.
