BMW Motorrad announces a list of updates for the 2024 model year that includes new colors, Intelligent Emergency Call, and more.

BMW Motorrad is thrilled to announce the first model year update for 2024, showcasing a range of enhancements across its lineup. With new colors, Option 719 packages, and the Intelligent Emergency Call feature introduction, BMW continues to push boundaries in motorcycle technology and design.

The standout addition for the 2024 model year is the Intelligent Emergency Call feature, which is now available as standard or as an option on select models and series in the USA and Canada. Riders of the F 900 R and XR (optional), K 1600x (standard), R 1250x (standard), R 18 B and Transcontinental (standard), S 1000 R / RR (standard), and CE 04 (standard) can now benefit from this cutting-edge safety feature. The Intelligent Emergency Call system incorporates a covered SOS button, loudspeaker, and microphone integrated into the right-side handlebar controls. In an emergency, riders can press the SOS button to establish a direct connection with an agent who can assess the situation, determine the level of injury, and promptly contact emergency services if necessary. Additionally, if a fall or crash is detected, an eCall is automatically triggered, ensuring timely assistance.

Another significant update for the 2024 model year includes the 600-mile Ultimate Care Break-In Service for all new BMW M motorcycles. This service, first introduced in 2021, underlines BMW’s commitment to providing exceptional customer care and support.

The BMW CE 04, a revolutionary electric scooter, retains its Light White color as standard. The optional Avantgarde Package now offers the striking Imperial Blue Metallic to replace the previous Magellan Grey Metallic.

The C 400 GT maintains its timeless Alpine White color as standard. The Style Exclusive package receives an exciting update, featuring the elegant Imperial Blue Metallic instead of the previous Callisto Gray Metallic.

The G 310 R, known for its agility and versatility, continues to sport the Cosmic Black 2 color as standard. The optional Style Sport package now offers the eye-catching Racing Blue Metallic, replacing the Polar White/Racing Blue Metallic combination. The Style Passion package also presents the sophisticated Granite Grey Metallic, replacing the Racing Red option.

The adventure-ready G 310 GS retains its Cosmic Black 3 color as standard. The Style Sport package maintains the popular Polar White/Racing Blue Metallic combination. Meanwhile, the Style Rallye package introduces the dynamic Racing Red color, replacing the Kalamata Dark Gold Metallic.

The sporty F 900 R sees the introduction of the vibrant Racing Red color as the new standard option, replacing the Black Storm Metallic. The optional Style Sport package now features the stylish Light White color with updated graphics. Furthermore, the Style Triple Black package replaces the previous Style Exclusive/Bluestone Metallic.

The versatile F 900 XR receives updated graphics for the Light White color, which remains the standard option. The Style Sport package now showcases the dynamic Racing Blue Metallic 2, replacing the previous Racing Blue Metallic. The Style Triple Black package offers updated graphics for those seeking a more distinctive look.

The iconic R 18, known for its powerful presence and classic design, retains the Black Storm Metallic color as standard. The Manhattan Metallic Matte is optional, while the Black Storm Metallic/Vintage combination replaces the Mars Red option. The Style Option 719 package introduces the elegant Velvet Green Metallic, replacing the Option 719 Mineral White Metallic.

As a new addition to the lineup, the R 18 Roctane offers the standard Black Storm Metallic color, with optional choices of Manhattan Metallic Matte or Mineral Grey Metallic Matte.

The dynamic R 1250 R maintains its Ice Grey color as standard, while the optional Style Sport package offers the timeless Racing Blue Metallic. The Style Triple Black package remains available for those seeking a bolder aesthetic. The Premium Package now includes MSR Dynamic Engine Brake Control, Gear Shift Assist Pro, and Ride Modes Pro.

The R 18 B and R 18 Transcontinental models share the standard Black Storm Metallic color and optional Manhattan Metallic Matte. The Racing Blue Metallic replaces the previous Gravity Blue Metallic. The Style Option 719 package presents the stunning Black Pearl Black Storm Metallic 2, replacing the Option 719 Mineral White Metallic and Option 719 Galaxy Dust/Titan Silver Metallic. The Premium Package now offers Anti-Theft Alarm, Seat Heating, and Central Locking as stand-alone options.

The R 1250 RS retains its sophisticated Ice Grey color as standard, with the optional Style Sport package offering the distinctive Racing Blue Metallic. The Style Triple Black package remains available for those who desire a darker aesthetic. The Premium Package no longer includes the Design Option Silencer and Chrome Exhaust Pipe.

The R 1250 RT, renowned for its touring capabilities, showcases the classic Alpine White color as standard. The optional Style Sport package now presents the elegant Racing Blue Metallic 2, while the Style Triple Black package offers the captivating Black Storm Metallic 2. The Option 719 package introduces the meteoric Dust 2 Metallic as an appealing choice.

The versatile R 1250 GS Adventure maintains its striking Ice Grey color as standard, with the optional Style Triple Black package offering the timeless Black Storm Metallic/Black/Achat Gray combination. The Style GS Trophy package presents the eye-catching Gravity Blue Metallic Matte. In contrast, the Style Rallye package introduces the dynamic Racing Blue Metallic, replacing the Light White/Racing Blue/Racing Red option.

The S 1000 R, renowned for its performance and agility, retains the Black Storm Metallic color as standard. The optional Style Sport package now offers the stylish Bluestone Metallic option. The M Motorsport package receives updated graphics for the Light White color.

The S 1000 RR, BMW’s flagship sportbike, continues to impress with its Black Storm Metallic color as standard. The optional Style Passion package receives updated graphics for the Racing Red option, while the M Motorsport package offers the iconic Light White color with updated graphics.

The M 1000 R and M 1000 RR models share the Light White/M Motorsport color as standard. The M Competition Package provides an alternative option of Black Storm Metallic/M Motorsport. Both models now include the Ultimate Care Break-In Service.

The touring-focused K 1600 models maintain their timeless Black Storm Metallic color as standard. The Style Sport package offers the captivating Light White/Racing Blue Metallic/Racing Red combination, while the Style Option 719 package presents the Havanna Meteoric Dust 2 Metallic. The K 1600 B and K 1600 Grand America offer Option 719 Special Edition Midnight Meteoric Dust 2 Metallic, with production ending on October 31, 2023.
