Dorna WSBK and the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit are in continued agreement to begin the 2020 WorldSBK season at the Australian venue. Slated as the Yamaha Finance Australian Round, the event will kick-off the 2020 season over the weekend from Friday, February 28th to Sunday, March 1st, 2020. The opening race of the 2020 season will be the 30th round to be held at the circuit, setting a record as the first track to host that amount of rounds for the WorldSBK series.
