The 2025 Kawasaki W230 ABS brings classic retro styling into the popular 250cc category as it expands Kawasaki’s legendary W series. The 2025 W230 is a nod to the classic aesthetics of the W series. The dapper lines, traditional proportions, and chrome accents pay homage to the original 650-W1. The air-cooled engine features machined fin tips and black-painted cylinders, underscoring its vintage appeal. Modern components, such as the 130mm LED headlight that offers bright illumination while maintaining a retro look, are integrated into the overall bike design. The traditional instrumentation includes separate speedometer and tachometer gauges with an integrated multi-function LCD screen, blending old-school charm with contemporary functionality.

The powerhouse of the W230 is a 233cc air-cooled, 4-stroke SOHC single-cylinder engine that delivers smooth, linear power with ample torque across the rev range, focusing on the low- to mid-range pull. Including a balancer enhances overall smoothness, reducing vibrations and contributing to a refined riding experience. Paired with a six-speed transmission, the W230 offers versatile performance and functionality.

With a low seat height of 29.3 inches and a lightweight chassis tipping the scales at just 315.3 pounds, the W230 is approachable for riders of all sizes.
