The 2025 Ducati Panigale V4 (MSRP $25,995.00) defines the relentless pursuit of perfection. Improvements to the power-to-weight ratio bring it to an impressive 1:15 hp/Kg, thanks to weight reduction and a powerful engine designed to deliver the level of performance expected from Bologna.
The 2025 Panigale V4’s design blends aerodynamics and performance, guided by Centro Stile Ducati, to create alluring and precise aesthetics. Technologies derived from MotoGP enable you to experience the riding sensations of professional racers. This new Panigale V4 has undergone a complete rethink in design, technical base, and ergonomics, taking full advantage of advancements in tires, aerodynamics, and electronics. The engine with desmodromic distribution, counter-rotating shaft, chassis, and electronics brings it closer to the Desmosedici. The Desmosedici Stradale engine delivers 216 hp at 13,500 rpm and 12.3 kgm of torque at 11,250 rpm, with a racing exhaust boosting power to 228 hp.
The Panigale V4 S (MSRP $33,895.00), weighing 187 kg, is two kilograms lighter than the 2024 model and gains 0.5 hp, even with Euro5+ homologation. The comparison test at the Cremona circuit yielded a complete second difference in lap times.
The new fairing reduces aerodynamic resistance by 4%. The high-efficiency double-profile wings maintain downforce while enhancing cooling system efficiency, drawing inspiration from the Ducati 916 and integrating ergonomic and aerodynamic solutions from the Desmosedici GP.
The most noticeable difference is the double-sided swingarm. The new double-sided swingarm reduces lateral stiffness and weight, improving traction and rider feel. The third-generation electronically controlled Öhlins NPX/TTX suspensions offer comfortable road use settings and precise track responses. The Brembo Hypure front brake calipers and Race eCBS system, developed by Bosch and Ducati, enhance braking performance, allowing riders to delay braking points on the track.
The 2025 Ducati Panigale V4 has Ducati Traction Control DVO, Ducati Slide Control, Ducati Wheelie Control DVO, Ducati Power Launch DVO, Engine Brake Control, and Ducati Quick Shift 2.0. The new 6.9″ MotoGP-inspired dashboard offers maximum readability and real-time performance data.
Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati, stated, “Ducati’s mission is to enrich people’s lives through technologically sophisticated motorcycles characterized by sensual beauty. The new Panigale V4, the seventh generation of Ducati Superbikes, achieves this mission. It continues a history of successes and unforgettable models, representing the maximum expression of our values of Style, Sophistication, and Performance.”
The new 2025 Ducati Panigale V4 is expected to arrive in dealerships in September 2024.
