Ventura Short Track 2025 Round — The Championship Landscape

The Ventura Short Track 2025 promises a glittering battle on the Pacific as Progressive American Flat Track returns to the beach-side bullring on April 26. Headlining the Mission AFT SuperTwins grid, Dallas Daniels carries a razor-thin one-point advantage over Briar Bauman, rekindling the rivalry that could define the post-Mees era. Both men have already tasted victory on Ventura’s 450-foot oval, and their contrasting machinery—Daniels’ Yamaha MT-07 DT versus Bauman’s newly tamed Harley-Davidson XG750R—adds another layer of intrigue. Brandon Robinson, runner-up in last year’s championship and now back on a Mission Roof Systems H-D, lurks just four markers adrift, ready to turn a two-horse duel into a three-way melee.

The all-production rules introduced for 2025 have delivered instant parity: Yamaha, Harley-Davidson, KTM, and Kawasaki have populated the podium in the opening rounds, while Honda, Suzuki, and Royal Enfield threaten to join them. Davis Fisher and Jarod VanDerKooi spearhead KTM’s charge; Trent Lowe’s Honda Transalp, Dan Bromley’s Suzuki GSX-8S, and Max Whale’s Royal Enfield 650 each have the speed to upset the established order.

Add Memphis Shades-backed Bromley and Brandon Price to the mix and the Ventura Short Track 2025 reads like a script for season-defining drama. Support classes bring their own fireworks: Australia’s Tom Drane defends a one-point AFT Singles lead over Chase Saathoff, while the all-female Royal Enfield Build. Train. Race. field returns with self-built INT650s eager to shine under the coastal lights.
