From April 11 to September 29, 2023, the BMW Motorrad Customizing Championship will see 150 dealers from 18 countries showcasing their customizations of the BMW R 18 series. The championship allows motorcycle enthusiasts to demonstrate creativity and skills, turning the R 18 into unique masterpieces.
Customizers can choose from four models in the BMW Motorrad R 18 series – R 18, R 18 Classic, R 18 B, and R 18 Transcontinental. The R 18 family’s design ensures easy customizing and individualization, providing ample space for creative expression.
The BMW Motorrad Customizing Championship 2023 winners will receive exciting prizes, including the opportunity to showcase their custom motorcycles at major motorcycle events worldwide. This grand recognition highlights the passion and dedication of the BMW Motorrad dealer network and motorcycle enthusiasts.
Participants can freely customize their motorcycles using their unique designs and ideas and a wide range of high-quality parts and accessories offered by BMW Motorrad. National Contests will select the two best custom motorcycles from each participating country, advancing to the international semi-finals and culminating in the grand world final in Berlin.
The competition will be judged by a panel of international experts, including respected customizers like Thor Drake, Michael Lichter, Roland Sands, J. Shia, and Giuseppe Roncen. Their expertise will ensure that the most creative and skillful customizations receive the recognition they deserve.
