The final race of the 2019 MotoGP season will also be the last race for the five-time World Champion.
The five-time World Champion and current Repsol Honda Team rider, Jorge Lorenzo, has announced his retirement from Grand Prix racing, following the final race of the 2019 season at Valencia at a press conference.
The 32-year-old Spaniard won the 250cc World Championship in 2006 and 2007 before his championship-winning seasons in 2010, 2012 and 2015 with Yamaha. This weekend’s season finale at Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana will be the last race for the former Champion.
