The all-new 2025 Yamaha MT-07 has adapted to the stylings of the new Master of Torque aesthetics, as found on the MT-09 and MT-09 SP. The minimalist design cues, emphasized by an updated LED headlight unit, present a fresh front face reinforced by a thinner 3.7-gallon tank, new side covers, a redesigned tail section, and a reworked seat assembly.
The 2025 MT-07 is powered by a 689cc liquid-cooled twin-cylinder CP2 engine, paired with the most recent Yamaha Chip Controlled Throttle (YCC-T), for a more linear power delivery. Yamaha introduces its new Ride Control (YRC) system with throttle maps (SPORT and STREET) and switchable Traction Control. The innovative Acoustic Amplifying Technology provides a symphony of air intake and engine howl.
The new Assist & Slipper (A&S) clutch eases downshifting and reduces hand fatigue. The suspension system consists of inverted 41mm KYB front forks and a linked-type KYB rear shock.
Radially mounted front brakes handle the stopping department with four-piston calipers gripping 298mm rotors. At the rear, a single 245mm disc handles the business.
The 2025 Yamaha MT-07 has a modern five-inch full-color TFT display, with smartphone connectivity that allows you to manage calls, listen to music, and access turn-by-turn navigation via the Garmin StreetCross app. Further refinement of the MT-07 includes self-canceling turn signals… It’s an always-welcomed added touch.
The 2025 Yamaha MT-07 has an MSRP of $8,599.00 and will arrive in Team Yamaha Blue, Ice Storm, and Matte Charcoal Black.
