Aprilia has released the details on two new versions of the Tuono: the 2025 V4 and the V4 Factory. The Tuono V4 features winglets strategically added to boost stability, while improved radiator fans enhance heat dissipation.

At the heart of the 2025 Aprilia Tuono V4 is its four-cylinder 65° V engine, now developed from 1077 cc to a potent 1099 cc, allowing the production of 180 horsepower at 11,800 rpm, along with 121 Nm of torque at 9,600 rpm.

The Tuono V4 and Tuono V4 Factory feature the Aprilia Performance Ride Control package, which includes several advanced systems. ATC (Aprilia Traction Control) offers adjustable traction control across eight levels and can be modified while riding, providing more effective intervention in conjunction with ASC (Aprilia Slide Control), which is adjustable over three levels. The new AWC (Aprilia Wheelie Control) system has three adjustable levels with predictive functions that gently intervene before a wheelie occurs, improving performance, and includes an adaptive function for track use that adjusts based on rider behavior. AEM (Aprilia Engine Map) provides three mapping options to alter engine power delivery. At the same time, AEB (Aprilia Engine Brake) allows adjustable engine braking across three levels, optimizing performance based on lean angle. The AQS (Aprilia Quick Shift) enables super-fast gear shifts without the need to close the throttle or use the clutch, including downshifting while the throttle is open.

The V4 offers a street-focused version of the Aprilia Tuono, utilizing its technical features and performance. It retains the sporty seat-pedal-handlebar setup of the Tuono V4 Factory but allows higher handlebar risers for a more relaxed ride. Passenger accessories include a wider seat and grab handles. Equipped with fully adjustable Sachs suspensions, you can customize your track and road use setup. Available in matte Shark Gray and Scorpion Yellow, the Tuono V4 combines sportiness with tone.

On the other hand, the Tuono V4 Factory comes standard with a range of advanced features designed to enhance performance and safety on the track. The Race Dashboard offers a configuration tailored for racing, while the Aprilia Launch Control (ALC) provides a highly efficient launch control system with three adjustable levels. The Aprilia Pit Limiter (APL) allows you to select and limit your maximum speed for pit lane compliance. A new addition, Aprilia Slide Control (ASC), helps prevent and manage rear wheel slides with predictive functions, complementing the new Aprilia Wheelie Control (AWC). Additionally, bending lights improve visibility by illuminating the inside of curves when leaning into turns. The Aprilia Cruise Control (ACC) makes longer rides convenient by allowing you to maintain a set speed without adjusting the throttle. It also includes the Track Pack, Comfort Pack, and a single-seater tailpiece, all highlighted by the unique Dark Kraken graphic.

The Race Pack, exclusive to the Tuono V4 Factory, includes a GPS Module for automatic lap time detection similar to that found on racing bikes. One of its key features is the Corner-by-Corner Function, which automatically adjusts the electronic ATC and AWC settings based on your preferences, showcasing the latest in Aprilia’s corner-by-corner electronics management, first introduced in 2015. Complementing this is the Suspension Pack, which also requires the GPS Module and is exclusive to the Tuono V4 Factory. This pack offers Corner-by-Corner Suspension Functionality, adjusting the electronic settings of the Öhlins Semi-Active Smart EC 2.0 suspension according to rider-selected configurations before track use. Both packs leverage the fourth-generation Aprilia MIA multimedia platform, connecting your smartphone to the bike and enhancing instrumentation features. After track sessions, riders can download and analyze ECU data on a computer, providing a telemetry system.

The 2025 Aprilia Tuono V4 and Tuono will be available in March 2025 with MSRPs of $16,299 and $19,699, respectively.
