Honda includes advanced features and updates for its 2024 Africa Twin and Africa Twin Adventure Sports ES.
Honda has announced the 2024 Africa Twin with exciting updates and advanced features. This flagship adventure model comes in two configurations- the standard Africa Twin and the Adventure Sports ES, both meticulously upgraded to enhance off-road agility and on-road performance. With improvements across the board, including suspension, chassis, engine, electronics, and styling, the 2024 Honda Africa Twin sets a new benchmark for Honda’s adventure motorcycles.
The Adventure Sports ES version, designed for touring, focuses heavily on on-road performance while receiving all the platform-wide updates, such as a redesigned intake and exhaust system, adjusted valve timing for better performance, and increased compression. In addition, the lower seat height is achieved through shorter suspension travel, and a new 19-inch front wheel enhances on-road handling. The model also has premium features like electronically controlled suspension, heated grips, and a larger fuel tank, available in manual and DCT versions.
On the other hand, the standard Africa Twin is designed to inspire adventure and exploration while offering confident riding across different terrains. The 2024 model bolsters its off-road capability while improving on-road comfort and performance. Noteworthy updates include a new five-position windscreen, tubeless tires, and a revised fairing design, coupled with platform-wide improvements such as revised valve timing, increased compression, redesigned intake/exhaust, and updated electronics.
The 2024 Honda Africa Twin is available in two striking color schemes- Pearl White for the Adventure Sports ES and Grand Prix Red for the standard version- with availability set for May. The Adventure Sports ES is priced at $17,599 for the manual transmission and $18,399 for the DCT version, while the standard Africa Twin is priced at $14,799 for the manual and $15,599 for the DCT variant.
Both models are scheduled to arrive on the dealership showroom in May 2024.
