After a five-year hiatus, Celtic Racing is back in the MotoAmerica Supersport paddock for the 2025 season under the partnership of Warhorse HSBK Racing Ducati. Billed as Celtic/Warhorse HSBK Racing Ducati, the team will field two riders—#44 Cameron Petersen and #227 Wristin Grigg. Petersen and Grigg will pilot the two-time championship-winning Ducati Panigale V2 under the direction of Team Manager, Barry Gilsenan.
After a solid sixth-place finish in the 2024 Superbike class, Cameron Petersen has set his sights on Supersport glory. Wristen Grigg’s debut 2024 performances in the Supersport class showed a glimpse of his potential, with an 11th-place at Mid-Ohio and a 9th-place finish at New Jersey.
Warhorse HSBK Racing has been the driving force behind Ducati’s resurgence in MotoAmerica since 2011, earning the Supersport Championship in 2023 with Xavi Flores and the Superbike crown in 2024 with Josh Herrin.
Celtic Racing, founded in 2001, brings its own storied history to the collaboration. Known for fostering talent and producing elite riders, Celtic Racing has claimed three AMA Pro Supersport championships. The partnership between Celtic Racing and Warhorse HSBK Racing Ducati, backed by title sponsors Grigg Electric and Economy Lube + Tire, creates a formidable synergy with proven racing expertise.
The 2025 Celtic/Warhorse HSBK Racing Ducati Supersport team of Cameron Petersen and Wristen Grigg will make their competitive debut when the season begins on April 4 – 6 at Barber Motorsports Park.
