Taking design and attitude cues from its older Z siblings, the Kawasaki Z125 PRO returns as part of Kawasaki’s 2025 model lineup. The bike features a compact headlamp cowl, sharp lines, and a slanted fuel tank. A rear inner fender keeps the under-tail clean, and machined footpegs offer a sporty look. The integrated fork guards and an LED “Z” pattern tail light cements its claim to the Z lineage.
Under the 2-gallon fuel tank of the little bike that can is a 125 cc, 4-stroke, air-cooled, SOHC single-cylinder engine. The engine’s quick-revving nature, optimized cam profiles, and DFI fuel system featuring a 24 mm throttle body make for a proper throttle response as you navigate through the four-speed gearbox.
The engine of the Kawasaki Z125 PRO is wrapped inside a high-tensile yet lightweight steel frame, contributing to the bike’s wet weight of 225 pounds. 30mm inverted front forks and an adjustable rear suspension manage suspension duties.
The front tire measures 100/90-12, while the rear tire is 120/70-12. You’ll find a petal disc setup at the brakes—200mm at the front and 184mm at the rear.
The Kawasaki Z125 PRO is one of the most approachable bikes, with a seat height of 31.7 inches, which allows for easy foot-to-ground connectivity. Don’t be fooled by its small stature. It is designed for pillion riding with a stepped seat.
The dash features an analog tachometer alongside an LCD screen displaying vital bike and ride data including a gear and fuel indicator.
Compact and lightweight, the 2025 Kawasaki Z125 PRO is a fun option in the mini moto department with a starting MSRP of $3,699.00. The Z125 Pro is available now in 3 color options: Metallic Matte Old School Green, Cypher Camo Beige, and Pearl Lava Orange.
