The 2025 Ducati Panigale V2 (MSRP: $15,995) comes in a two-seater setup featuring the standard suspension setup with Marzocchi and Kayaba components and a lead-acid battery. Ducati Power Launch and Ducati Pit Limiter are available as accessories. The 2025 V2 S (MSRP: $18,995) is available in a single-seater configuration, with a passenger kit available as an accessory. Öhlins suspension, Brembo M50 brakes, Pit Limiter, and Ducati Power Launch are all standard. A lightweight lithium-ion battery further reduces weight.
The 2025 Ducati Panigale V2 and V2 S are the lightest Panigales ever produced, tipping the scales at 395 and 388 pounds, respectively. Drawing inspiration from the all-new 2025 Panigale V4, the 2025 Panigale V2 features sleek lines and a dynamic, horizontal posture. The front end showcases a full-LED headlight with a distinctive horizontal daytime running light (DRL), while the redesigned fuel tank enhances the bike’s aesthetic appeal and reduces strain on your wrists.
Unlike previous models focused solely on track dominance, the 2025 Panigale V2 offers a balanced blend of racing capability and everyday practicality. The riding position has been refined for comfort, with a seat height of 33 inches, allowing for easy ground reach. The handlebar and footpeg positions are designed to minimize wrist and knee strain, making longer rides more enjoyable without sacrificing the bike’s sporty nature.
The 2025 Panigale V2 features the new 90-degree V-twin 890 cc engine with an output of 120 horses at 10,750 rpm. More than 70% of its 69 foot-pounds of torque is available from as low as 3,000 rpm. The racing exhaust boosts the horses to 126 horsepower and reduces overall weight by 9 pounds.
The lightweight monocoque chassis uses the engine as a stressed member, and the double-sided swing arm enhances cornering precision and grip. The V2 comes equipped with a fully adjustable 43 mm Marzocchi fork and a fully adjustable Kayaba mono-shock, while the V2 S upgrades to Öhlins suspension components and a lightweight lithium-ion battery for improved performance and reduced weight.
Both versions roll on newly designed cast alloy wheels fitted with Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tires. The Brembo braking system features dual 320 mm semi-floating front discs with M50 monobloc calipers.
Key components of the comprehensive electronics suite are the ABS Cornering, which optimizes braking during lean angles, and Ducati Traction Control (DTC), which helps maintain grip on varying surfaces. Additionally, the Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) prevents unwanted front wheel lift during acceleration, while Engine Brake Control (EBC) aids in managing engine braking for a smoother ride. The Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) 2.0 enables seamless gear changes for a more exhilarating riding experience. The six-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) enhances safety and performance by detecting roll, yaw, and pitch angles.
You can choose between four Riding Modes (Race, Sport, Road, and Wet). The new 5-inch full-TFT display offers three customizable views (Road, Road Pro, and Track), providing clear and essential information at a glance. The interface also features a “petal” joystick for easy navigation through the bike’s settings.
Ducati offers a range of accessories designed to enhance the Panigale V2’s performance and versatility, particularly for track enthusiasts. The racing package includes a complete fairing kit, adjustable footrests, lowered handlebars, and a racing exhaust system, which can boost power output to 126 horsepower while reducing the bike’s weight by 4.5 kg. The Lap Timer Pro accessory also provides real-time lap and split times, making it ideal for riders looking to hone their skills on the circuit.
For everyday riding, options such as Cruise Control, a Turn-by-Turn Navigator, a USB power socket, and a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) are available.
The new Panigale V2 and V2 S will arrive in dealerships at the end of January 2025, available exclusively in Ducati Red.
