Sniper precision, power, and performance: KTM’s Assassin… The 2024 KTM 990 DUKE.

With a powerful LC8c engine boasting 947cc, updated chassis, and swingarm design, the 2024 KTM 990 DUKE competes with larger capacity motorcycles in both performance and proportions. The LC8c engine has undergone a significant update, producing an impressive 120 bhp while maintaining a motorcycle weight of just 394 pounds.

A new trellis frame and closed-lattice swingarm, paired with WP APEX Suspension and Bridgestone S22 tires, provide impressive cornering stability. The WP APEX Suspension offers easy-to-adjust settings for both the front and rear. The 43 mm WP APEX Suspension can be easily dialed in with five clicks for rebound and compression, while the WP APEX Monotube shock absorber can be adjusted with five clicks and manual preload adjustment.

One of the standout features of the DUKE is its advanced LED headlight, which has been expertly crafted from a carefully selected blend of materials to ensure optimal lighting stability in all road conditions. The headlight includes position and daytime running lights that are cleverly integrated into the profile, and it also features an intelligent light sensor that auto-adjusts the intensity according to ambient light conditions, providing the rider with optimal visibility at all times. In addition to its advanced lighting system, the KTM 990 DUKE comes equipped with a convenient Coming Home light function that keeps the headlight on for a select number of seconds after the ignition is turned off. This feature provides the rider with ample time to open doors or navigate in low-light conditions.
