Hope springs eternal… The sentiment resonated throughout the U.S. when the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas announced that the U.S. round of the 2020 MotoGP season was postponed until November 13 through 15, another victim of the COVID-19 pandemic and state-mandated guidelines.

As the moto-community shuffled to grapple with the reality that the 2020 GP season was not going to proceed in the manner that we all have come to know it, we’ve been dealt another blow… And this one stings deeper as the 2020 GP season is staged to finally commence the weekend of July 17 through 19, at Jerez in Spain.
