The 2025 Ducati Streetfighter V4 and V4 S have arrived, and it’s a head turner for sure, namely for its new integrated forward-slanting biplane wings. As on the 2025 Panigale V4, the wings are now part of the side fairings, presenting a more refined and unified look. Although the borrowed design cues continue throughout the Streetfighter’s ethos, it is not a stripped-down version of the Panigalke V4.

Underneath the 4.2-gallon fuel tank, a Desmosedici Stradale engine in a 90-degree V4 configuration with a counter-rotating crankshaft awaits inside an aluminum alloy front frame. This engine has an output of 205 horses at 12,650 rpm and 88.3-foot pounds of torque at 11,500 rpm. The 2025 Streetfighter V4 and V4 S, tipping the scales at 421 and 417 pounds, wet and respectively, set a new benchmark for Ducati with its 1.13 power-to-weight eight ratio.

Suspension components for the V4 S feature an Öhlins Smart EC 3.0 system consisting of Öhlins NIX30 43 mm, fully adjustable front forks teamed with an Öhlins TTX36 fully adjustable rear shock and the much talk about a new duel-sided swingarm. On the base V4, you’ll find a pair of adjustable 43 mm Showa BPF at the front with an adjustable Sachs unit at the rear.

Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV Corsa tires are mated to five-spoke lightweight alloy wheels on the V4 and forged aluminum alloy on the V4 S, setting 4.9 inches of wheel travel at the front and 5.1 inches at the rear.

Both models employ Brembo components for brake management. A set of 330 mm semi-floating rotors with monoblock Hypure 4-piston calipers equipped with Rac e eCBS and a self-bleeding master cylinder are at the front. The rear brake comprises a 245 mm disc with a 2-piston caliper and Race eCBS.

The Race eCBS system, introduced on the 2025 Panigale V4, enhances braking when riding on track by allowing you to delay braking points by activating the rear brake even after releasing the front brake during cornering, emulating the technique used by MotoGP riders who use a thumb brake at the bars to manage rear brake engagement.

The electronics suite on the 2025 Streetfighter V4 includes four riding modes (Race, Sport, Road, Wet), Ducati Traction Control DVO, Ducati Slide Control, and Ducati Power Launch DVO, and the Ducati Vehicle Observer uses data from over 70 sensors to deliver intelligent and responsive electronic control strategies. All data is presented via the 8.3 aspect ratio 6.9 inch dashboard. The dash has two modes: Road Infomode and Track mode. The Road Infomode features clean graphics, with a circular rev counter prominently in the center, showing the engaged gear. The left side displays settings, navigation, music, smartphone management, heated grips, and more. You’ll find speed, time, water temperature, and cruise control indicators on the right.

The Track mode activates with the Race Riding Mode, places the rev counter at the top, scaled up to 9,000 rpm. The gear indicator is in the center. Electronic controls on the right and left sides show a stopwatch that follows lap time, split times, lap numbers, and progress using color codes: white, grey, orange, and red. The stopwatch feature applies when the Ducati Data Logger or GPS module is used.

The 2025 Ducati Streetfighter V4 ($23,395) and V4 S ($29,295) will arrive on showroom floors in March 2025.
