Kawasaki continues to “let the good times roll,” announcing six returning models in its Hypersport and Supersport categories.
Topping the list is the 2021 $55,500 Ninja H2 R. Marked as the world’s only limited production supercharged hypersport model, the H2 R showcases Kawasaki’s top engineering and design aesthetic. Designated and trimmed for track purpose only, the H2 R, available in Mirror Coated Matte Spark Black, features Kawasaki Launch Control Mode, Brembo Stylema monobloc calipers, and an Öhlins rear shock.
With an MSRP of $29,500 and $33,000, respectively, the 2021 Ninja H2 and H2 Carbon are spotlighted by their 998cc inline four-cylinder engine, proprietary supercharger, lightweight trellis frame, Ohlins TTX36 shock, a high tech TFT color instrumentation, compact superbike dimensions, aerodynamic bodywork, and a rigid single-sided swingarm.
Both models feature high-spec Brembo Stylema brake calipers, Kawasaki Quick Shifter, Kawasaki Traction Control and Kawasaki’s highly durable self-healing paint. The Ninja H2 is available in Mirror Coated Spark Black and the Ninja H2 Carbon is available in Mirror Coated Matte Spark Black/Candy Flat Blazed Green.
The Ninja H2 SX SE+, priced at $25,500 takes all of the engine, power and tech from the H2 and applies it in a package that is suitable for everyday riding, and commuting. The H2 SX SE+ does offer a few stand-alone bells and whistles that include electronic cruise control, corner management function, quick shifter, full-color LCD, launch control mode, electronic control suspension, riding modes, ABS and touring capability with ample wind protection. The 2021 Ninja H2 SX SE+ is available in Emerald Blazed Green/Metallic Diablo Black/Metallic Graphite Gray.
A true track weapon, the 2021 Kawaski Ninja ZX-6R holsters a powerful 636cc in-line four-cylinder DOHC engine and features SHOWA suspension, assist and slipper clutch, adjustable clutch lever, multi-function LCD screen, and a pressed-aluminum perimeter frame.
Standard and ABS versions of the 2021 ZX-6R are offered. The standard platform is available in Pearl Nightshade Teal/Metallic Spark Black or Pearl Crystal White/Pearl Storm Gray/Ebony priced at $10,199. The Ninja ZX-6R ABS KRT Edition is available in a Lime Green/Ebony/Pearl Blizzard White color scheme, with an MSRP of $11,499.
The “King of the Quarter Mile” returns in 2021 featuring a powerful 1,441cc DOHC inline-four engine, the Ninja ZX-14R, priced at $15,199, is packed with features that establish its class domination. Ready for track action on a rip around the back roads, the Ninja ZX-14R is equipped with two power modes, a slipper clutch, stainless steel braided clutch and brake lines, and Bremo 4-piston monobloc calipers paired with large floating front discs. The 2021 model is available in a Pearl Storm Gray/Metallic Diablo Black.
Rounding out this lineup is the 2021 Kawasaki Z H2, a supercharged hyper naked that stands alone. Kawasaki has transplanted the performance of the 998cc liquid-cooled, in-line four-cylinder balanced supercharged engine into the exciting Sugomi styling of its naked Z line of naked performance machines, creating this pinnacle of hypernakedness. Features include a specifically designed lightweight trellis frame, IMU electronics package, high-performance Showa suspension components, Brembo Monobloc brake calipers, assist and slipper clutch, and a full suite of LED lighting. Available in Metallic Diablo Black/Metallic Flat Spark Black, the 2021 Z H2 has a price tag of $17,500.
